Established in 2016, Ishaate Uloome Islami wa Iqubale Rehmani Trust is a muslim minority educational and charitable trust dedicated to establishing and managing medical, technical, arts, and science institutions as centres of excellence in education and research.

The Trust is inspired by the philosophy of "Shifa-A-Rehmani," meaning healing and cure through the blessings of Almighty God. Guided by this vision, it strives to provide quality education and professional training in the fields of healthcare, medicine, technology, and allied disciplines while promoting academic excellence, ethical values, and social responsibility.

While established by the minority muslim community, the Trust is committed to providing equal educational opportunities to students from all religions, castes, creed , and communities without discrimination.
